The design and manufacture of gearings is carried out in compliance with the severe strict AGMA 2101 C95 (American Gear Manufacturers Associations) regulations. The gears are made of 18NiCrMo5 steel with helical toothing and profile ground to a very high quality level (AGMA 12 which corresponds to DIN 4), in order to ensure very quiet run and best efficiency also at high speeds.
